Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.\nThe ideal candidate must have:\nThe ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of related Food & Beverage experience, Luxury Hotel Experience.\nHotel or restaurant service experience or previous training in food service preferred\nStand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time\nExpert in using computer applications Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint)\nExperience with using Online Restaurant Reservation System desirable\nDemonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations\nExcellent guest service skills and communication skills in in English, speaking with others, using clear and professional language\nMust be dependable, have a positive attitude and be able to work with a diverse team\nAbility to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment\nMust be team-oriented and very attentive to details\nCertification of previous training in wine and food service preferred\nExcellent telephone skills\nMove, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance\nStand, sit, or walk for an extended periods\nMust be able to work flexible working hours, weekends and holidays\nMust be 18 years or older\nMust be dependable, have a positive attitude and be able to work with a diverse team\nGreet guests and determine the number in their party.
