Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality, Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing hotel quality standards, coordinating associate training programs, monitoring compliance requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, brand standard compliance, legal and regulatory adherence, and the development of our associates through effective training and quality management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management- Monitor and maintain compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and guest experience requirements.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections throughout the hotel.
- Analyze guest feedback, satisfaction surveys, and operational performance metrics.
- Identify improvement opportunities and coordinate corrective action plans with department leaders.
- Support property readiness for internal and external audits.
Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
- Monitor legal, regulatory, and company compliance requirements.
- Coordinate documentation and records required for inspections, audits, and certifications.
- Support occupational health and safety, food safety, sustainability, and other compliance-related programs.
- Ensure hotel policies and procedures are updated and communicated effectively.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance dashboards related to quality and training activities.
- Maintain databases, records, and compliance documentation.
- Communicate effectively with department heads and hotel leadership regarding quality and training performance.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
