This role is responsible for overseeing hotel quality standards, coordinating associate training programs, monitoring compliance requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, brand standard compliance, legal and regulatory adherence, and the development of our associates through effective training and quality management practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nQuality ManagementMonitor and maintain compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and guest experience requirements.\nConduct regular quality audits and inspections throughout the hotel.\nAnalyze guest feedback, satisfaction surveys, and operational performance metrics.\nIdentify improvement opportunities and coordinate corrective action plans with department leaders.\nSupport property readiness for internal and external audits.\nCompliance & Regulatory Requirements\nMonitor legal, regulatory, and company compliance requirements.\nCoordinate documentation and records required for inspections, audits, and certifications.\nSupport occupational health and safety, food safety, sustainability, and other compliance-related programs.\nEnsure hotel policies and procedures are updated and communicated effectively.\nReporting & Administration\nPrepare reports, presentations, and performance dashboards related to quality and training activities.\nMaintain databases, records, and compliance documentation.\nCommunicate effectively with department heads and hotel leadership regarding quality and training performance.\nSupport special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.\nAt Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
