Apply today!\nSpecific Expected Contributions\nProvide QA and support for all jobs postings generated by Hiring Managers\nDisposition candidates as needed and provide clear and timely communication of status via systems templates\nCreate and redraft management offer letters\nAssist in the processing of pre-hire checks\nSend templated correspondences as requested\nScreen applications from candidates\nTrack the status of candidates in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and move candidates through the recruiting process\nSeek feedback on work and adjust accordingly, with an eye toward continuous improvement\nCommunicate with all parties involved with a service orientation in a way consistent with company culture and brand\nPerform other related duties as assigned Specific Candidate Profile (the education, experience, and skills, that are important for this position)\nSkills\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines\nAbility to function well in a high-paced, repetitive, and at times stressful environment\nHigh-detail orientation in all things\nUnderstanding of talent acquisition and general hiring best practices preferred\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including Applicant Tracking Systems.\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive human resources data\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to assess qualifications against established job requirements, and make accurate decisions regarding candidate progression,\ndraft clear, accurate, and professional correspondence and communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred\nExperience\n2+ years total experience in coordination of recruiting activities preferred\n1+ years RPO experience preferred\nPassion and experience for recruiting is a must\nRecruiting or HR experience in hospitality/service industry or industry with field-based operations preferred.\nAt Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
