services and scalable architecture design.\nHands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.\nProficiency in pipeline design and release engineering.\nExperience with Splunk and Observability.\nStrong understanding of SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and operational metrics like MTTR and MTTD.\n\nGood to Have: \nProven ability to lead and improve incident management processes.\nAbility to coordinate with third-party vendors for application support and issue resolution.\nKnowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.\nStrong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration abilities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience with multi-account AWS architecture.\nFamiliarity with automation and self-healing systems.\nKnowledge of performance modelling and long-term
