They assist Training Managers in providing support to trainers and provide coaching in training during both in-person instructor-led, virtual instructor-led and blended learning sessions, demonstrate clear understanding of each knowledge area and facilitate training sessions, etc.\nMust follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of customers and coworkers. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer calls using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team to reach common goals. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.\nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES\nDemonstrate clear understanding of each knowledge area, develop and edit training materials as needed by the business, and support various regional operational training needs.\nFacilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended training programs.\nManage associate enrollment, verify records are maintained in relation to training completion and report classroom attendance to the appropriate work teams.\nPrepare onsite and virtual training classrooms. \nMaintain effective classroom control.\nActively participate in all aspects of new hire training and on-boarding as needed.\nManage relationship with system support teams.\nEscalate systems issues and process any system access requests for associates undergoing training. \nEnsure employees adhere to company policies and procedures during training.\nEvaluate learning transfer through knowledge checks and learning activities.
