Assistant Payroll Manager

The Assistant Payroll Manager, is responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end payroll operations, payroll accounting, compliance, governance, and vendor management activities across multiple countries within the Asia Pacific region.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure payroll services are delivered accurately, timely, and in compliance with local statutory requirements, accounting standards, and company policies. The Assistant Payroll Manager serves as the primary liaison between Finance, Human Resources, Tax, Treasury, internal business stakeholders, and external payroll service providers to ensure efficient payroll administration and accurate payroll financial reporting.

The incumbent is responsible for driving payroll excellence through strong controls, process standardization, vendor performance management, payroll accounting oversight, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a positive associate experience across the region.
