As a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor, a typical daywill include:
Inspects storage areas for organization, use of First InFirst Out (FIFO), and cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies.
Completes inventories (e.g., opening inventory) of supplies, food, and liquor, checksstock,and requisitions necessary supplies.
Leads shifts and supervises associates as scheduled.
Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-beingof guests.
Assistsother departments when needed to ensure optimumservice to guests.
Ensures associates are trained incompany core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.
Collaborates with management to formally recognize hourly associates' performance contributions.
Assistsin hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
Welcome and greet guests and anticipateand address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisorat MVW:
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to25lbswithout assistance.
Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policy in accordance withapplicable legal requirements.
