As a Housekeeper, a typical daywill include:
Cleansthe entirety of villas (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Dining Rooms, Bedrooms)according tostandards.
Completesassigned roomsand tasks within the scheduled shift.
Replacesall guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries,and kitchen items according to standards.
Reportsroom status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor,or Front Desk.
Fillsthe Housekeeping cart/caddywith all necessary supplies/chemicals, transportthe cart/caddyto the rooms, and returnthe cart to the designated area at the end of the shift.
Followsall company policies and procedures;reportsany maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
Welcome and greet guests and anticipateand address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Housekeeper at MVW:
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to25lbswithout assistance.
Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policy in accordance withapplicable legal requirements.
