As a Housekeeper, a typical daywill include:

• Cleansthe entirety of villas (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Dining Rooms, Bedrooms)according tostandards.

• Completesassigned roomsand tasks within the scheduled shift.

• Replacesall guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries,and kitchen items according to standards.

• Reportsroom status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor,or Front Desk.

• Fillsthe Housekeeping cart/caddywith all necessary supplies/chemicals, transportthe cart/caddyto the rooms, and returnthe cart to the designated area at the end of the shift.

• Followsall company policies and procedures;reportsany maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipateand address their needs.

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

• Contribute to team goals.

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Housekeeper at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to25lbswithout assistance.

• Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policy in accordance withapplicable legal requirements.
