Site Specific Perks
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, a typical daywill include:
Completes checklists to report the cleanliness and condition of each assigned area.
Identifiesroom assignments and types of cleaning requiredfor each room.
Inspects guest rooms after being cleaned by the Housekeeper.
Identifiesthe turns and reports to the Managerorder to which rooms will be cleaned and ready.
Responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
Entersstatus of rooms cleaned on assignment sheets.
Assistsall aspects, within the Housekeepingdiscipline, up to but not limited to cleaning rooms/villas, house aide duties, and public space cleaning.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
Welcome and greet guests and anticipateand address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Housekeeping Team Leaderat MVW:
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policy in accordance withapplicable legal requirements.
