As a Sales Executive Trainee, a typical daywill include:
Answer Owner questions regardingthe use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery.
Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regardingpricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
Contact Owners to monitorsatisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
Develop and maintainrecords on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.
Guest Experience and Company Standards:
Welcome and greet all guestsand anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Sales Executive Trainee:
Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance withstate and local requirements.
The incumbentis required tomaintainan active and in goodstanding professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
One-yearrelatedexperience is preferred.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
