customer via telephone beforetheir scheduled arrival and tour date.\n\nYou will offer Concierge-style services to guests coming to stay with us on a promotional vacation package.\n\nProvidesdetailed information about property amenities.\n\nEngagescustomers in conversation regardingtheir stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.\n\nIdentifiesspecial customer needs and arrangesto have those needs fulfilled upon customer arrival.\n\nAddressescustomers' service needs in a professional, positive, and timelymanner.\n\nGuest Experience and Company Standards\nWelcome and greet guests and anticipateand address their needs.\n\nInteract with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.\n\nEnjoy talking with guests by phone and/or in person with excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAlways follow company policies and safety procedures.\n\nTo Become a Guest Relations Coordinator:\nAvailable to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.\n\nReach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.\n\nLift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that
