status listed on the report, determines discrepant rooms, prioritizes room cleaning, and updates the status of departing guest rooms. \nPrepares and distributes assignment sheets/workboards to Housekeeping staff. \nInspects guest rooms after being cleaned by the Housekeeper to ensure standards are met. \nInspects public areas/bathrooms, restaurants, fitness center, pool area, offices, and service areas after being cleaned by the Housekeeper to ensure quality standards are met. \nCoordinates tasks and works with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently. \nGuest Experience and Company Standards\nWelcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. \nInteract with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. \nContribute to team goals. \nAlways follow company policies and safety procedures. \nTo Become a Housekeeping Ops Supervisor at AAH:\nAvailable to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. \nReach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. \nLift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50lbs without assistance.
