to the closing team in a timely manner.\nResponsible for scanning all Ready to Close contracts to Documentum.\nEnsure quality in areas such as rescissions, pricing, minimum deposit requirements contract switches (Upgrade or downgrade in level of points), etc.\nEnforcement of any procedures put in place to ensure all contract documents are reviewed prior to execution and again following the execution of the documents.\nProduces prompt accurate sales contract documents and provides them to Sales Associates.\nFollows Standard Operating Procedures for all daily required tasks relating to the New Owner Administration Department.\nCoordinates with the Closing team and Sales team on any changes and modifications to contract documents.\nCommunicate with the Marketing and Sales Department regarding the status of contracts, file document requirements, and follow up.\nProvides assistance to the New Owner Administration team.\nProduces daily and weekly reports as requested, relative to sales, cancellations, missing documentation, and defaults.\nEnsures proper filing and storage of contract documents.\nEnsures compliant working practices and security within the New Owner Administration working area.\nEnsures quality processes and upholds controls in the following areas: o Pricing o First-Day Benefits o Contract Execution o Rescissions o Minimum down payment
