To assist in delivering a sensory experience and renewing environment to all our owners and guests.\nCORE WORK ACTIVITIES\nPrepare and sell Food and Beverage and Retail items\nGive tours of The Spa\nIssue locker keys, robes, slippers, and towels\nMaintain the weight/exercise room equipment\nAssist with the daily adult and children’s activities\nResponsible for maintaining a cash bank drawer daily\nEnforce hotel safety standards\nPerform other duties and handle projects as assigned by Manager\nFile daily reservations and other correspondence\nMaintain a clean and well-organized workstation\nMust be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.\nMust be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.\nRequires good communication skills, both verbal and written.\nMust possess basic computational ability.\nMust possess basic computer skills.\nAbility to be persuasive with telephone sales skills.\nKnowledge about different packages available.\nMust be able to sit or stand and exert well-paced ability for up to 4 hours in length. Walking and standing are required. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.\nMust be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
