Document WO’s/PM’s using computerized maintenance management system.\nTroubleshooting and repairing routine electrical and mechanical problems on assigned equipment, conduct preventative maintenance, and support Operations in equipment setup and changeover.\nParticipate on MSE teams, train operators in AM activities, and conduct Breakdown Analysis.\nOwn PM systems for the Line, focusing on Maintenance Planning and Scheduling and Breakdown Elimination DMS’s.\nDrives results in Planned and Unplanned Downtime, and owns:- Maintain & Repair costs for line\nPlanned Maintenance and PM compliance.\nBreakdown reduction \n\nTechnical expert of related equipment and discuss, coach, and train technicians and operators on this equipment.\nOwns Anomaly Handling DMS\nMakes business decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data analysis.\nParticipates in the development and owns portions of the Line's 90-Day loss-elimination plans\nRepresent maintenance team in the daily FMOS meetings. Provides performance data for selected machines and communicates action plans and completed work effectively.\nThe base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
