The role is an expert in QFS Programs and is comfortable having deeply technical systems.\nThis position is a contracted position and has an end date of December 2027.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Engineering, or related technical field with 5 years of related experience in complex business environments Q&FS experience, deep understanding of Q&FS digital systems through Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams\nExcellent communication skills, fluent in English\nGood understanding of quality and food safety systems\nAbility to train internal employees on technical systems\nGreat presentation skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nBS degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Engineering, or related technical field\n10 years of experience in different quality & food safety- related areas such as raw materials, distribution, manufacturing or internship(s) in quality and food safety in a food manufacturing environment\nDeep understanding of Mars’ systems including Nexus, SAP Atlas, and Mars Pulse\nAny related certifications e.g. project management PMP, facilitation, managing successful programs\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nLead the Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) integration workstream, driving project planning, milestone management, risk mitigation, and progress tracking to support the successful harmonization of newly acquired businesses.\nAct as the subject matter expert for Q&FS digital systems integration, leveraging deep technical and functional knowledge to support system harmonization, stakeholder training, and business readiness activities.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, coordinate integration activities, and ensure timely execution of critical business and digital transformation initiatives.\nAnalyze and map current-state Quality & Food Safety processes across multiple organizations, then design and implement harmonized future-state processes aligned with enterprise digital transformation objectives and global Q&FS standards.\nServe as a key decision-maker in the evaluation, selection, and integration of digital systems, ensuring scalable solutions that support both business needs and long-term operational excellence.\nDrive the standardization of metrics, reporting, and performance management processes to enable consistent visibility, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across integrated organizations.\nEnsure all integrated processes, systems, and workflows comply with internal Quality & Food Safety standards, corporate policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nChampion organizational change by fostering collaboration, trust, and partnership across integrating teams, while supporting communication and engagement strategies that help associates successfully navigate change.
