Flexibility is a key enabler-empowering associates to make choices that support both business outcomes and personal needs, including remote work.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.\n2+ years of Brand Management or Marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the CPG or major retail sectors.\nDemonstrated hands-on experience utilizing syndicated and panel data tools, specifically Nielsen and Numerator.\nProven strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.\nExceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.\nHighly detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multifaceted projects effectively.\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\n\nDevelop and implement promotional activities, including initiatives that support brand goals.\nParticipate in the development of brand plans that span innovation, communication strategies and in-store programs and have the opportunity to lead projects in these areas, ensuring effective and efficient delivery, on-time and within budget. \nRegularly analyze sales and market audit data, consumer research, and other brand metrics to analyze brand health.\nCollaborate with Customer Marketing and other functions to develop best-in-class sales materials.\nDevelop and execute commercial plans for new products in collaboration with innovation and sales.\nLeverage consumer insights and lead analysis of in-market performance to ensure our brand programs are relevant and impactful.\nWhat can you expect from Mars?\n\nWork with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.\nJoin a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.\nBest-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.\nAn industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.\n#LI-Hybrid\nThe base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the below range CAD 71,111.00 - CAD 93,333.00.
