You will develop and enhance our Amazon Connect platform, build serverless applications, create APIs, and deliver secure, scalable cloud-native solutions that support business operations and analytics\nThis is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone with a strong technical foundation in AWS cloud services, Python development, and system integration. You will work across customer engagement technologies, cloud platform, data platforms, and automation, collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable contact center solutions using AWS Connect.\nIntegrate AWS Connect with various AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and others to ensure seamless operations.\nDevelop and deploy serverless applications and APIs using AWS Lambda and Python.\nImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and updates.\nMonitor system performance, reliability, and availability, addressing any issues proactively.\nImplement best practices for security, scalability, and performance optimization of AWS Connect solutions.\nConduct root cause analysis for incidents and apply fixes and preventive measures.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth implementation of contact center features.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.\nStay updated with the latest AWS services, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our solutions.\n Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud services and Python development.\nProven experience as a Python Developer with a strong focus on AWS services.\nHands-on experience with AWS Connect and other related AWS services.\nProficiency in serverless computing using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.\nStrong understanding of cloud architecture and AWS best practices.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.\nKnowledge of RESTful APIs and web services development.\nFamiliarity with version control systems such as Git.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n AWS Certified Developer, or any relevant AWS certification.
