Working under the direction of the Strategic Director, the role helps translate change strategies into practical actions, stakeholder engagement approaches, interventions, and implementation activities that enable successful adoption and sustained business outcomes.\nWhat are we looking for?\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree\n6+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, transformation, strategy execution, internal consulting, employee experience, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.\nExperience supporting cross-functional programs or initiatives in a matrixed organization.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build productive working relationships.\nExperience coordinating and executing initiatives from planning through implementation.\nExperience developing communications, engagement plans, workshop materials, presentations, and adoption activities.\nAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while maintaining strong execution and follow-through.\nExperience designing or implementing creative engagement approaches, collaborative experiences, or innovative ways of driving adoption is valued.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree.\nChange Management certification or related professional training.\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nChange Enablement & Adoption\nSupport the design and execution of change strategies for strategic ecosystem initiatives and transformation programs.\nDevelop and implement stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans that increase awareness, understanding, commitment, and action.\nIdentify adoption risks, barriers, and opportunities and recommend practical mitigation actions.\nMonitor and assess change readiness, stakeholder sentiment, and adoption progress throughout program delivery.\nStakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management\nBuild strong relationships across R&D, Commercial, Supply, Sustainability, Digital, and external partners.\nPartner with stakeholders to understand needs, concerns, dependencies, and potential impacts of change initiatives.\nFacilitate workshops, working sessions, and engagement activities that promote alignment and collaboration.\nAct as a trusted partner to initiative leaders, helping navigate stakeholder dynamics and organizational complexity.\nIntervention Design & Ways of Working\nDesign and coordinate interventions that support behavioral change, team effectiveness, collaboration, and organizational adoption.\nHelp identify and implement creative, innovative, and practical approaches to change that move beyond traditional communication and training tactics.\nSupport the development of tools, resources, and experiences that enable individuals and teams to successfully adopt new ways of working.\nCapture lessons learned and continuously improve approaches to change and adoption.\nProgram Execution & Delivery\nTranslate strategic direction into detailed actions, plans, deliverables, and follow-through activities.\nCoordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams to ensure timely execution.\nTrack actions, dependencies, milestones, decisions, and risks associated with change initiatives.\nPrepare concise updates, presentations, materials, and insights for leadership and stakeholder discussions.\nMeasurement & Insights\nSupport the development and tracking of ecosystem effectiveness, adoption, engagement, and organizational health indicators.\nGather and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform change strategies and interventions.\nDevelop reports, summaries, and insights that help leaders understand progress and areas requiring additional focus.\n\nWhat can you expect from Mars?\nWork with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.\nJoin a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.\nA strong focus on learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.\nAn industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.\nThe base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
