You will work with a team of solutions architects and actively work on the development and implementation of Mars’ platforms and cloud-based systems in use every day. The Cloud CoE Client Solutions team works closely with cloud and enterprise architects, operations teams, and other stakeholders to develop the necessary services and landing zones for unique projects that will be deployed to the Mars cloud.\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is typically required. Some organizations may accept equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.\nProfessional Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role with a focus on cloud architecture and design.\nProven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions, considering scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements.\nStrong knowledge of software development principles, methodologies, and technologies.\nExperience in working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and provide technical guidance.\nProven experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and their services, including hands-on experience in architecting solutions on these platforms.\nUnderstanding of security principles and best practices, including data protection, identity management, and compliance requirements.\nExperience with architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF or similar frameworks, to develop and document solution architectures.\nKnowledge and experience:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;\nIn-depth knowledge of software development principles, methodologies, and technologies;\nProficiency in solution design, including system integration, data modeling, and application architecture;\nExperience with Azure Platform and knowledge of their respective services using infrastructure-as-code approach;\nExperience with other cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc) and knowledge of their respective services is a plus;\nUnderstanding of security principles and best practices, including data protection and identity management;\nFamiliarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF;\nExperience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions;\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nAssess business demands/objectives requirements;\nCreate architectural diagrams (LLD);\nEnsure scalability and elasticity;\nComply with availability and fault tolerance requirements/\nImplement cloud solutions using GitOps approach (Infrastructure-as-code, configuration-as-code, policy-as-code, etc);\nEnsure security and compliance standards based on Cloud Adoption Framework & Well-Architected Framework;\nPerformance & Cost optimization;\nSPOC in CCoE for customer LLD/Deployment Projects;\nAssist in cross-functional team design discussions;\nProvide feedback about service catalog available requests;\nBe the cloud ambassador (promote Cloud adoption).\nWhat can you expect from Mars?\nWork with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
