# Continuous Improvement Engineer

Job Description: The CI Engineer is a key contributor to the Site Team and Focused Improvement (FI) Pillar, driving sustainable improvements in Product Conversion Cost (PCC) through efficiency gains and operational excellence aligned with global network and world-class manufacturing standards The CI Engineer will identify, diagnose, and drive PCC/Efficiency (TRS)/NQC (Non-Quality Cost) improvement initiatives and actions across the Site. This role will own NQC reduction on the site. What Are We Looking For? Minimum: 3-5+ years of experience in Manufacturing. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level, preferably in Engineering, Supply or Technical field of study. Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills. TPM/WCM/expereince. Functional knowledge of factory operations with deep functional knowledge in Problem Solving Methodologies, Data Collection, and value stream mapping Trained in and can demonstrate a variety of problem-solving skills.
