You will lead, follow up, and coordinate all corrective and preventive actions necessary to achieve and maintain optimal hygiene and microbiological standards across the site.\nWhat are we looking for?\n Education: Master’s degree in Food Science, Quality Engineering, or related discipline (Bac +5).\nExperience: Proven experience in Change Management, Project Management, and Quality Systems within the food or manufacturing industry.\nLanguages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.\nWhat would be your key responsibilities?\n Microbiological Monitoring & Site Compliance: Monitor the microbiological status of the site (environment and equipment), ensuring strict compliance of internal food safety programs with Mars Quality standards, FSSC 22000 requirements, and EU regulations through an active floor presence during sanitation activities.\nDeviation Analysis & Root Cause Problem Solving: Lead investigations for microbiological non-conformities and gaps against Mars Quality standards;
