drive operational improvements and strengthen partner capabilities.\nValue Chain Management and Commercial Negotiation\nAssess supply prices, platform fees, promotional investment and margins across the value chain to evaluate the profitability of each business model.\nNegotiate commercial terms and investment plans to improve partner economics and returns on investment.\nDistribution Model Development\nDesign and optimize supply routes, distribution structures and channel coverage, with clear operating boundaries for distributors and customers.\nPilot new business models, coordinate online and offline channels, and scale successful approaches based on performance.\nCross-functional Coordination and Project Delivery\nCoordinate Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver customer and channel initiatives.\nSet clear objectives, responsibilities and milestones;
