In this role, you'll bring together shopper, customer and category insights to develop impactful marketing strategies that drive growth, strengthen retailer partnerships and create exceptional omnichannel experiences across the pet specialty channel\nYou’ll lead the development and execution of customer marketing plans that support both retailer objectives and Royal Canin's growth ambitions. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Portfolio, Brand, Media, Category and Finance teams to deliver integrated activation programs that drive engagement, conversion and long-term category growth.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, building strong customer relationships and influencing outcomes across a complex stakeholder network\nWhat will you do?\nLead customer marketing strategy and activation plans for key Pet Specialty Retail customers.\nTranslate customer, shopper and category insights into joint business growth opportunities.\nDevelop and execute annual customer marketing plans, campaigns, promotions and retailer activations.\nAdapt brand and portfolio strategies into customer-specific programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.\nDrive omnichannel activations across in-store, digital shelf, retail media, loyalty and other retailer touchpoints.\nPartner with retailers to enhance digital commerce performance through Perfect Digital Store principles, improving traffic, conversion and basket growth.\nManage customer marketing investment and A&CP budgets, ensuring strong ROI and effectiveness tracking.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with retailer marketing teams and key stakeholders.\nSupport retailer conferences, customer engagement initiatives and brand immersion experiences.\nChampion customer and shopper needs internally to ensure alignment across business priorities\nWhat will you bring?\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.\n3-5 years' experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Customer Development or a related commercial function.\nStrong ability to turn insights into actionable commercial recommendations.\nExperience working within FMCG, consumer goods or retail environments.\nExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nStrong project management, presentation and communication capabilities.\nAdvanced analytical skills\nExperience within the pet care or veterinary industry will be highly regarded\nWhy you’ll love working for Mars and Royal Canin:\nAt Royal Canin, you'll be part of a purpose-led business backed by the scale and opportunities of Mars.
