This role leads end-to-end project management-from initial brief development and vendor quote negotiation to in-store delivery.\nAdditionally, the D&E Manager drives the POS strategy and execution for Innovation and Seasonal campaigns, collaborating with Retail teams, Customer Marketing and third-party vendors across design, forecasting, production, and KPI tracking to ensure high-impact, timely national execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-to-End POS Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Point of Sale (POS) activations for all of our seasons and moments\nCustom & Responsive Project Leadership: Manage bespoke temporary display initiatives requested by Key Channel Account Mangers.\nBudget & Logistics Administration: Manage the end-to-end POS budget\nWebstore & Vendor Operations: Act as the primary liaison with third-party vendor partners to manage webstore operations, inventory availability, and digital order fulfillment.\nAssist in the coordination of the annual innovation summit that assesses the current portfolio as well as mid to long term needs and opportunities (in partnership with the Retail team and third-party vendor).\nundefined\nContext and Scope\nThe D&E Manager provides both our retail team and customer teams access to key temporary display materials. Working directly with Sales, the In-store design manager, and Mars Snacking Retail teams, associates in this role must build and demonstrate CUSTOMER FOCUS and effective STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT.
