If you are ready to lead with innovation and make a significant impact on a global scale, we want to hear from you!\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage a team of vendor resources in building and deploying new, state-of-the-art integrations for our S/4HANA-based ecosystem.\nOversee the regional integration program deployment, including resource planning, milestone management, budget control and risk mitigation.\nDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high standards of delivery performance and code quality.\nDrive the direction for building and deploying the program across various markets, with an initial focus on our Royal Canin Europe deployments.\nAct as the voice of the team in technical workshops and engage with key stakeholders, from analysts to directors, to ensure alignment and success.\nChampion the integration platform's capabilities, share success stories, and build strong partnerships across the business.\nEssential Qualifications:\nMaster's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.\nConsiderable direct experience in building, deploying, and delivering integration solutions (APIs, events, EDI) in a complex, fast-paced, multinational environment.\nProven experience leading and managing third-party or outsourced partners, with a team of up to 20 external resources.\nExpertise in integration technologies (e.g., SAP BTP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services, Solace, Mulesoft, IBM IIB).\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with leveraging AI technologies within the software delivery lifecycle is a plus.\nWhy Mars?\nAt Mars, you'll be part of a purpose-driven company that is making a difference for people and the planet.
