You will be networking and benchmarking with other Controllership Teams and experts within the Mars organization.\nWhat are we looking for?\nUniversity degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting\nSolid accounting and finance background with track record of delivering results in financial statement reporting obligations, including an understanding of US GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls\nCPA/CIMA/ACCA or other professional certification as well as SAP or equivalent ERP system experience a plus\nAbility to navigate ambiguity in financial decision-making, with strong analytical skills to interpret results, a digital-savvy approach, effective communication, and experience driving policy standards while engaging with senior leadership\nProficiency in English required, preferred advanced level of German highly beneficial for local communication\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nQuality of Accounts: Ensuring the integrity of balance sheets and P&L through collaboration with our Shared Service Center, resolving complex accounting issues, maintaining relationships with the Finance team, and reviewing regular financial accounts for your factory.\nFinancial Reporting: Delivering timely and accurate financial information for your factory, co-leading monthly closing meetings, conducting structured analyses of financial statements, driving actions from month-end reporting, and managing year-end audit processes with internal and external auditors.\n Governance & Control (G&C): Overseeing the implementation of the controls framework and testing plan, collaborating with the Plant Manager and factory team to address gaps, and monitoring G&C KPIs while driving continuous improvements in alignment with the broader RC Governance agenda.\nGeneral: Fostering a collaborative culture between finance and non-finance teams, championing controls to create a trusted working environment, contributing to the Supply Reporting and Governance agenda, driving RC/RC Controllership projects and transformations, and supporting the implementation of new systems or business models.\nWhat can you expect from Royal
