Description:\nThe Global Master Data Management Stewards are responsible for owning the quality, consistency, structure, and lifecycle of master data within a defined domain (Finance, Vendor, Product, scale.\nWhat are we looking for?\n5 to 10 years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Master Data activities.\nExperience supporting Master Data Management (MDM) processes across business domains.\nGood understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata concepts.\nFamiliarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar (preferred).\nBasic understanding of data platforms such as Azure or Databricks (preferred).\nStrong understanding of business processes and data flows.\nAbility to work with stakeholders and support change in a global or matrix environment.\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nGovernance & Compliance in Domain\nExecute the domain data strategy and roadmap, aligned to RC/Mars priorities\nDevelop, train and communicate domain data policies, standards, and data maintenance (CRUD) processes\nExecute data governance process to ensure continued compliance to data policies, standards and processes, ensuring quality and building trust\nDomain Data Stewardship\nOwn day-to-day stewardship of master data within the assigned domain (Customer, Product, Vendor, Finance, Raws and Packs)\nChair monthly Domain Data Governance Forum, ensuring compliance with the governance processes and managing the assessment of impacts of requested changes both within the domain and across domains\nDevelop recommendations for resolutions for change to the Domain Data Owner (incl. design, decision rights on processes, reporting, etc.)\nManage dependencies and resolve transversal data issues across domains\nEscalation of issues for systemic non-compliance and access/audit breaches to the Domain Data Owner\nContinued communication and appropriate application of domain business definitions and hierarchy principles, managing and continued tracking of any exceptions granted by the Data Owner\nMaintain data design documentation of domain-specific data structures, hierarchies, and attribute definitions in line with global standards\nSupport auditability, compliance, and control of master data processes\nBuild network of domain data SMEs\nData Quality Management\nDevelop domain KPIs and issues tracking capability, supported by the MDM Governance Director and Data Owner\nEnsure data is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained across systems, while tracking input KPIs (completeness, accuracy) and business outcome KPIs (e.g., delayed invoices, failed orders, operational impact)\nEnsure effective root cause analysis and drive corrective actions, aligned and prioritized to meet the business needs\nBusiness Collaboration & Alignment\nPartner with business users, process owners, GPOs, and functional teams to align data needs and priorities\nTranslate business requirements into clear data definitions, rules, and governance standards\nDrive adoption of data governance practices across the business\nEnsure master data enables effective end-to-end process performance\nOperational Support for Transformation\nSupport transformation and deployment programs to ensure they are resourced and appropriately structured to effectively manage their MDM needs (e.g., EOS).\nWork with each program to ensure effective ways of working between them and RC MDM BAU\nWork with each program to ensure effective change management planning to support a smooth transition of the MDM processes and design to Run & Grow\nContinuous Improvement & Automation\nIdentify opportunities to improve data quality processes and governance practices\nDrive automation and simplification of master data maintenance activities\nLeverage AI and digital tools to enhance data governance and efficiency\nExternal & Ecosystem Alignment\nCollaborate with Mars Global Services (MGS), system integrators, and external
