The role is responsible for driving team engagement, managing the leadership team's collaboration agenda, supporting leadership decision-making, and leading performance management and continuous improvement activities.\nWhat are we looking for?\nRequired\nBachelor's degree.\n8+ years of experience in Procurement, Commercial, Strategy, Supply Chain, or related business functions.\nExperience translating business or regional strategies into functional priorities and action plans.\nExperience supporting senior leaders and working across cross-functional stakeholder groups.\nExperience leading performance management, governance, or portfolio management activities.\nStrong communication skills, including development and delivery of executive-level presentations.\nPreferred\nExperience in Procurement, Category Management, or Commercial organizations.\nExperience working in a Center of Excellence (COE) environment.\nExperience supporting regional or global leadership teams.\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nStrategic Alignment & Portfolio Management: Align commercial targets with business and category strategies to support leadership decisions. Manage the enterprise category, regional, or divisional project portfolio, facilitating prioritization and trade-off discussions to ensure alignment with key objectives.\nPerformance Management & Governance: Drive the performance drumbeat by leading performance versus plan reviews across all value pillars. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
