changing environment.\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nDrive associate engagement initiatives and support action plans that improve the overall associate experience and workplace culture.\nDrives efficiency across the P&O operating model ensuring adoption of Mars Signature Programs; and enabling operations.\nSupport performance management, talent development, career planning, and capability-building activities.\nCoordinate with Talent acquisition team the recruitment activities needed, including job requisitions, interviews, candidate selection, and hiring documentation.\nCoordinate with the Associates Support Services team the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive associate experience.\nProvide day-to-day P&O guidance and support to associates and line managers.\nCoordinate with Payroll, Government Relations, Shared Services, and other teams to resolve associate queries.\nSupport the implementation of site, local, regional, and global P&O programs and initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, internal controls, local labor requirements, and data-confidentiality standards\nWhat can you expect from Settlement.\nBachelor’s degree in business administration or any field.\n1-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a similar people-focused role.\nPrevious experience supporting employees and managers in a site-based, manufacturing, operational, or fast-paced environment is preferred.\nPractical experience in engagement, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and
