These activities will shape what Associates know and believe about the company, will be designed to encourage positive behavior changes and foster engagement to create an even greater place to work.\nWhat are we looking for?\nUniversity degree or equivalent, preferably in Business and/or Communications.\n5+ years of experience with Internal Communications within a corporate space.\nStrong composure, presentation skills and professional polish.\nOrganizational agility.\nAbility to deal with all levels of management, as well as a variety of positions and personalities.\nAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently and handle sensitive, confidential information.\nUnderstanding of internal communications practices, including two-way channels and pull and push methods of communication.\nMust be able to write a speech, create intranet content, and be a good storyteller.\nMust be able to translate business objectives to a basic language all Associates can understand.\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nDevelop internal communications strategies that drive continuous improvement of the company culture with clear and consistent communications.\nAlign Associates with/and foster understanding of company vision and corporate objectives using our Purpose, Five Principles and Mars Canada workplace and citizenship reputation.\nCo-create business communications, strategy and engagement for Mars Wrigley with the Internal Communications Director, Inclusion and Diversity team inclusive of occasional support for the Mars Wrigley ARGs, and People & Organization team.\nWorking with members of the Leadership Team to develop and deliver communications to all North American Associates - with a primary focus on Canada - through multiple channels (Town Halls, videos, executive announcements, change communications, etc.).\nLead our Town Halls, Periodic Meetings and Seasonal webcasts by creating agendas, partnering with speakers on content, editing & consolidating presentations, and implementing post-event surveys.\nIn collaboration with external communications, PR and media relations, ensure that the company’s messages and communications are consistent and timely for all key audiences.\nAssist the Director of Internal Communications on continuously measuring and evaluating the success and impact of internal communications initiatives.\nBuild tools, frameworks, and uncover new channels needed to accommodate organizational needs (apps, podcasts, videos).\nHelping scripting support in collaboration with our head of Creative Services.\nContinuously story-mine across our offices, sales teams and factories to share successes and stories with all Associates and our External team.\nWhat can you expect from Mars?\nWork with over 130,000 diverse and talented associates, all guided by the Five Principles. \nJoin a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.\nBest in class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in - house Mars University.\nAn industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.\nThe base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the below range CAD 87,791.00 - CAD 115,226.00.
