As an Intern in MSE Digitalization, you will investigate how we can bring our technical E&T processes to the next digital maturity level and actively implement practical, sustainable solutions.\nWhat Will You Do?\nDuring this internship, you will bridge the gap between academic theory, digital tools, and hands-on factory floor reality. Your core activities and deliverables will include:\nCurrent State Assessment: Map and analyze how technical training, onboarding, standard work procedures, and competence development are currently managed and tracked within the technical department.\nStakeholder Needs Analysis: Engage directly with maintenance technicians, reliability engineers, shift leaders, and operators to identify key pain points and practical requirements for digital learning on the shop floor.\nDigital Concept Development: Explore, benchmark, and design suitable digital platforms, tools, or applications (e.g., microlearning tools, interactive video guides, Power Apps, QR-coded machine instructions, or LMS integration) aligned with MSE standards.\nPilot & Implementation: Set up and run a live pilot project on a designated production line or technical focus area. Test the solution directly with end-users, gather actionable feedback, and iterate.\nStandardization & Governance: Develop a rollout and governance framework to ensure the digital training tools become a sustainable, embedded part of daily manufacturing routines.\nWe are looking for an ambitious, curious student with an affinity for technology, people, and continuous improvement:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO / WO) in:\nIndustrial Engineering & Management (Technische Bedrijfskunde)\nEducational Science & Technology / Instructional Design\nBusiness Information Technology / Information Management\nMechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering with a keen interest in process optimization\nA proactive, hands-on mindset;
