The intern will work across transformation, capability, and continuous improvement programs to establish clear methodologies for measuring impact on key Supply Planning KPIs and enable teams to consistently assess benefits, progress, and outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and maintain a framework for measuring initiative impact against Supply Planning KPIs.\nSupport teams in estimating expected benefits and value realization prior to project initiation.\nDefine KPI baselines, measurement methodologies, and tracking mechanisms.\nAnalyze project outcomes and quantify delivered business value.\nCreate training materials, guides, and workshops to educate teams on KPI measurement and benefit realization.\nConsolidate initiative performance into dashboards and leadership reporting.\nSupport governance processes by providing visibility of value delivery across the project portfolio.\nIdentify best practices and drive consistency in performance measurement across teams.\nKey Deliverable\nBy the end of the internship, the intern will have established and piloted a Value Realization Framework that enables Supply Planning teams to:\nEstimate expected KPI improvements before launching initiatives.\nTrack benefits throughout implementation.\nQuantify actual results after delivery.\nStandardize reporting of business value across transformation and capability programs.\nWho we're looking for\nBachelor's or Master's student in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\nProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.\nInterest in performance management, KPI design, continuous improvement, and business transformation.\nStrong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to different audiences.\nStructured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.\nCurious mindset with a passion for improving business performance through data-driven decision-making.\nWhat You Can Expect from Mars\nA challenging and versatile internship in an international environment \nThe opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, supported by an experienced and approachable team \nA competitive internship allowance (€800-€900 per 4 weeks) and travel and home-working compensation \nGuidance and mentorship from experienced supply chain professionals \nAnd of course, unlimited access to our chocolate at the office \nWhat to expect after submitting your application\nYou can apply for this internship through our website by uploading your CV.
