The role manages end-to-end project execution following the PMX framework, including planning, budget, stakeholder engagement, risk management, governance, vendor coordination, and BAU transition. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.\nThe role works in close partnership with Corporate R&D Analytics, Enterprise Technology, Business Data Solutions (BDS), Enterprise Architecture (EA), and segment stakeholders to translate the analytics roadmap into executable projects and measurable business outcomes.\nThe Project Manager ensures effective delivery governance, manages cross-functional dependencies, monitors investment and delivery performance, and helps teams overcome obstacles to deliver trusted, scalable, and business-relevant analytics capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalytics Project Delivery\nLead end-to-end delivery of analytics and data initiatives, ensuring alignment with agreed business priorities and technology roadmaps. \nTranslate strategic priorities into project plans, milestones, deliverables, resource requirements, and measurable outcomes. \nCoordinate business, data, analytics, engineering, architecture, and technology teams across multiple geographies. \nManage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. \nEnsure delivery teams maintain clear accountability for commitments and deliverables. \nSupport deployment, adoption, and transition of analytics capabilities into ongoing operations. \nEnterprise R&D Analytics Roadmap\nManage a portfolio of analytics initiatives spanning relevant R&D business areas and segments. \nEnsure alignment between business requirements, data availability, technical architecture, and delivery capacity. \nIdentify dependencies and potential conflicts across analytics initiatives, platforms, and teams. \nSupport prioritization and planning by providing transparent information on delivery progress, capacity, risks, and expected benefits. \nGovernance and Stakeholder Engagement\nSupport advanced analytics governance by coordinating project status, dependencies, and required stakeholder decisions. \nPrepare clear status reports, executive updates, portfolio dashboards, and steering committee materials. \nFacilitate alignment across Corporate R&D Analytics, Enterprise Technology, BDS, EA, and segment teams. \nProactively identify and escalate blockers requiring leadership support. \nEnsure decisions, actions, and delivery commitments are documented and followed through. \nDelivery Excellence and Continuous Improvement\nApply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management approaches according to initiative requirements. \nPromote collaboration between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. \nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery processes, portfolio reporting, and governance effectiveness. \nSupport consistent standards for project documentation, risk management, and delivery reporting. \nEncourage early identification of delivery challenges and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. \nFollow Project Management Excellence to ensure compliance with Mars framwork. \nJob Qualifications:\n8+ years in delivery of digital capabilities within a business function, preferably in the CPG industry.\nBachelor degree in IT, Business or relevant business function\nFunctional expertise and awareness in core R&D processes, with strong understanding of R&D data, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities.\nStrong ability to lead and influence in a matrix organisation\nExperience of leading projects using both Agile & Waterfall methodologies.\nExperience working in a product-oriented organisation\nProject Management experience working with Global Teams (multi-segment).\nPMP certified preferred.\nFamiliarity with enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, data governance, and analytics solutions is preferred.\nBudget management and financial acumen.\nRisk management and change management expertise.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.\nFluency in English and experience working with geographically distributed
