This includes carrying out the routine operational tasks required to achieve area targets e.g. starting-up, shutting-down, monitoring, cleaning, and carrying out basic changeovers, minor repairs, routine checks and inspections, and the use of basic ancillary equipment and computer programs.\n What are we looking for?\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent education. \nFluent English verbal and written skills. \nExperience in the FMCG / Factory Operations industry required. \nMechanical training or experience in fault-finding required.\n3+ years leadership experience required. \nPhysical Requirements:\nFrequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)\nFrequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling and gripping\nAbility to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces\nAbility to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).\nAbility to read, write and speak English\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nLeading a shift team of up to 15 associates contributing to achievement of targets.\nAccountable for the performance of several machines, processes, or pieces of equipment.\nEffectively coach and lead the logistics team to meet agreed upon goals. \nUnderstanding of major functions within the plant and the ability to work directly with all levels and functions.\nEscalate issues as appropriate, give full and accurate verbal and written handover.\nRepair mechanical breakdowns using trained knowledge and experience.\nWhat
