(SOP) and documentation \nAdhere to policies GMP, personal hygiene, sanitation, allergen control, and contamination prevention requirements. \nEscalate any quality or food safety deviations immediately to supervisors using the DMS escalation process. \nSupport audit readiness and compliance with Mars Quality Management Systems. \nFood Security Compliance\nMust follow all site Food Security and Product Protection requirements & food defence requirement \nEnsure authorized access to enter manufacturing and packaging areas. \nDocument records properly to maintain material traceability throughout the process. \nFollow GMP practise to protect raw materials, WIP, and finished products from contamination and tampering. \nFollow the site IT Policy ( Not to take mobile inside shop floor) \nOperational Excellence & Efficiency\nOperate manufacturing, coating, and wrapping equipment at optimum efficiency. \nMonitor and improve TRS,, throughput, yield, and line performance. \nMinimize downtime, wastage, rework, scrap, and process losses. \nSupport achievement of daily production plans and business targets. \nParticipate in loss elimination and Focused Improvement activities. \nEscalate abnormalities promptly and support root cause analysis and corrective actions. \nActively participate in MWS(Mars work system. \nDMS & Shift Management\nParticipate actively in CP0, CP1, meetings. \nEnsure effective shift handover using Module Boards and DMS standards. \nUpdate safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics accurately. \nFollow escalation management and problem-solving processes. \nCommunicate equipment conditions, quality concerns, and outstanding actions during handovers. \nAutonomous Maintenance & Equipment Care\nPerform routine cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and operational checks. \nIdentify equipment deterioration and raise maintenance notifications. \nSupport Planned Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities. \nMaintain equipment basic conditions to improve reliability and performance.\nDrive first-line troubleshooting and restoration of equipment standards.\nWorkplace Organization & 5S\nMaintain machines and work areas in a clean and organized condition. \nAdhere to 5S standards and visual management practices. \nEnsure proper storage of tools, materials, and documentation. \nTake ownership of
