In this role, you will ensure compliance to standards and efficient workflows to ensure reliable production processes and services. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performing maintenance team, driving continuous improvement, and delivering world-class maintenance practices that support safe and efficient factory operations.\nWorking closely with the Site Safey, Quality, Operations and Technical Team, you will help shape and deliver the site's maintenance strategy, improve asset performance, and support key investment initiatives. As a key member of the Progressive Maintenance (PM) Pillar, you'll play a critical role in embedding best practices, enhancing maintenance capability, and driving long-term maintenance excellence.\nWhat are we looking for?\nExperience leading or managing teams within a manufacturing or production environment\nSignificant experience within maintenance or technical engineering functions, ideally with exposure to utilities and site services.\nWorking knowledge of SAP, including PM modules.\nChange management experience\nTechnical degree or technical qualification (preferred but not essential)\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nFunctional Leadership:\nLead and develop the maintenance team to deliver effective preventative maintenance plans, maximise factory performance, and coordinate site-wide shutdown activities.\nEnsure compliance, asset reliability, and operational excellence through the effective execution of maintenance standards.
