Job Description: Job Title: Maintenance Leader (T2) Location: Plymouth, UK We’re looking for a Maintenance Leader who’ll be accountable for all maintenance activities for both Production and Utilities assets in PLY. In this role, you will ensure compliance to standards and efficient workflows to ensure reliable production processes and services. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performing maintenance team, driving continuous improvement, and delivering world-class maintenance practices that support safe and efficient factory operations. Working closely with the Site Safey, Quality, Operations and Technical Team, you will help shape and deliver the site's maintenance strategy, improve asset performance, and support key investment initiatives. As a key member of the Progressive Maintenance (PM) Pillar, you'll play a critical role in embedding best practices, enhancing maintenance capability, and driving long-term maintenance excellence. What are we looking for? Experience leading or managing teams within a manufacturing or production environment Significant experience within maintenance or technical engineering functions, ideally with exposure to utilities and site services.
