troubleshooting and performing mechanical repairs on all assigned equipment, including basic hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems at the component level (e.g., packaging, conveying, processing or facilities equipment, etc).\nWhat are we looking for?\nMinimum Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n2+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment\nBasic Computer skills required (e.g., Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)\nUnderstandGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.\n Required to participate in a stringent onboarding and training program within the first 7 weeks of employment (no vacation time will be approved during this time)\nPhysical Requirements:\nFrequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)\nFrequent bending, stooping, handling and gripping.\nAbilityto work at elevated heights, climb stairs, leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces.\nAbilityto stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).\nAbility to read, write and speak English.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociate or Technical Degree\n4+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment\nPossess a fundamental understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic & mechanicalschematics/drawings.\nUnderstand TPM Theory and Concepts\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nTroubleshoot and repair equipment, failed components, and centerline adjustments.\nConduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) and support operations with equipment set up and changeover.\nDocument Work Orders (WOs) and PMs using computerized maintenance management system (SAP) for Plant maintenance functions. \nSome fabrication and/or machinist work; trained as required.\nParticipate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Teams, train operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AMs) activities and participate in Breakdown Analysis/Elimination efforts.\nAdheres to Maintenance and Repair costs while follow Maintenance Planning & Scheduling\nAssists Operations with Anomaly Handling\nCompensation:\nCompetitive pay based on experience.\nShift
