In addition to the predictive technologies, statistical process control techniques and equipment performance monitoring are adapted to monitor equipment. The individual will use processes such as Root Cause, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and other Reliability-Centered Maintenance techniques to diagnose and prevent recurring failures.\nWhat are we looking for?\nMinimum Requirements:\nMust meet time in role (12+ months)\nMust have approval from line manager to apply\nMust currently be in good standing\nHigh school diploma or GED\n1 + years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment or A technical background including experience as part of a Maintenance department with Masterfoods or an external business is required.\nBasic Computer skills required (e.g., Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\nCapable of training Maintenance Technicians on assigned equipment\nPossess an advanced understanding of AC/DC Electrical (up to 480VAC and 12KV DC), reading electrical schematics/drawings.\nSome travel is expected.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nFrequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)\nFrequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling and gripping\nAbility to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces\nAbility to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).\nAbility to read, write and speak English\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociate or Technical degree\nTechnical/ Trade Certification in: Industrial electrical systems.\nProficiency with computers including: word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and PdM analysis/ trending software.\nDemonstrated knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic & mechanical schematics/drawings\nWork in confined spaces, as required, and adhere to regulations and policies\nPerform “Hot Work” as necessary to include grinding; trained as required\nSuccessfully complete basic First Aid and CPR\nUnderstand TPM Theory and Concepts\nUnderstand/adhere to Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Working From Heights and all other plant Safety/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements\nAbility to work in a collaborative environment\nConsidered to be SME in SAP application.\nWhat will be your Key Responsibilities?\n\nUse PdM technologies to determine baselines and trend deviations in a proactive manner to eliminate reactive equipment failures.\nSchedule and run routes for data acquisition. Maintain on-line monitoring equipment and capture data for analysis. Be responsible for schedule compliance and route adherence.\nAnalyze data using proper techniques to eliminate nuisance alarms and ensure timely equipment repair.\nWork with the Maintenance Engineering group to perform Root Cause Analysis and equipment autopsies in the event of unplanned failures.\nInterface with Engineering to ensure new installations are installed in a manner designed to maximize equipment longevity.\nPerforms acceptance tests for new equipment installations using appropriate Predictive technologies.\nAssumes responsibility for ensuring that the right technologies are being applied to the right assets at the right frequencies.\nProvide quantitative reporting, metrics and presentations with respect to return on program investment. Document case studies to facilitate the program goals.\nAssist with conducting criticality analysis, PM optimization, and asset care matrices.\nEnsures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained\nDevelops expertise in two of the following Predictive Maintenance Technologies\nVibration Analysis proficiency equal to a Level II certification in accordance with ISO 18436.2\nVibration Analysis knowledge and skills to include:Basic vibration\nData acquisition\nData processing\nFault analysis\nCondition evaluation\nMachine testing\nKnowledge in spectral, time waveform and phase analysis.\nInfrared Thermography proficiency equal to the American Society for Non-destructive Testing (ASNT) SNT-TC-1A Level II Thermography certification\n\nInfrared Thermography knowledge and skills to include:Thermography Fundamentals\nTemperature Measurement Error Sources and Corrections\nTraceable Temperature Limits\nElectrical Inspection\nMechanical Inspection\nBuilding Inspection\nAirborne Ultrasonic proficiency equal to the American Society for Non-destructive Testing (ASNT) SNT-TC-1A Level II certification.\nAirborne ultrasound capabilities to include:\nLeak
