If you’re passionate about connecting data, storytelling, and strategy to fuel business growth, this is your opportunity to make your mark on the future of snacking.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.\n4+ years’ experience in CPG or related industry analytics, category strategy, commercial strategy, finance, consulting, or similar.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, and data modeling.\nExperience with syndicated data (IRI/Circana, Nielsen, Numerator, 8451, or similar).\nStrong PowerPoint and storytelling skills with experience preparing materials for C-level and external industry and customer-facing audiences.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.\nSelf-starter who is organized, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities, and influence cross-functionally without direct authority.\nWhat will your key responsibilities be?\nLead performance reporting - Create and own key dashboards, scorecards, and reports that track KPIs and business results.\nTurn data into action - Translate complex analytics into clear drivers, insights and recommendations that guide strategy and execution.\nAnalyze what drives growth - Deep-dive into category, brand, and competitive data to analyze performance drivers that uncover opportunities.\nCollaborate across stakeholders - Partner across all functions-most commonly finance, marketing, commercial, consumer and shopper insights, and category strategy-to align and drive results.\nShape the story - Present regularly to internal stakeholders, including large team meetings, cross-functional forums, and executive leadership.
