The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve visibility to key business metrics, and deliver scalable reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making.\nJob Location: Chicago, Travel Required: 5%\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze business performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations that support strategic and operational decision making.\nLead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics tools that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights.\nPartner with business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting requirements, and measurement strategies aligned to organizational objectives.\nManage data integration, data quality, and reporting governance processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and trust in business reporting.\nDrive automation and continuous improvement initiatives that streamline data collection, reporting processes, and analytical workflows.\nCollaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new reporting capabilities, enhance data accessibility, and support analytics transformation initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\nDemonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and executive-level recommendations.\n5+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, analytics, sales and/or demand planning, finance, or related analytical functions.\nPreferred Qualification\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.\nStrong proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and other business intelligence platforms. \nPrior experience in Foodservice channels and understanding of complex go to market environment.\nThe base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
