This role leads the design of customer and channel trade architectures, optimizes trade spend allocation, and delivers mix management strategies that improve revenue, margin, and market competitiveness.\nWorking cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Category Leadership, and Demand Planning, the Manager translates strategic growth priorities into actionable customer investments, pricing frameworks, and assortment recommendations.\nWhat are we looking for\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Strategy, Commercial Finance, Sales Strategy, Category Management, or related disciplines.\nStrong analytical and financial modeling skills.\nAdvanced Excel and Power BI capabilities.\nExperience working with syndicated and customer sales data.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred\nMBA or advanced business degree.\nConsumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience.\nExperience managing trade investment optimization programs.\nKnowledge of pricing, promotion, assortment, and pack architecture principles.\nKey Responsibilities\nTrade Architecture Strategy\nDevelop and maintain trade investment architecture across channels, customers, and categories.\nRecommend pay-for-performance frameworks and trade funding strategies.\nEstablish trade guardrails, governance processes, and investment guidelines.\nSupport annual planning and commercial budget development.\nIdentify opportunities to improve trade efficiency and reduce non-working spend.\nMix Management & Portfolio Optimization\nLead mix optimization initiatives that improve revenue, margin, and category performance.\nAnalyze customer, channel, and product-level profitability.\nDevelop recommendations for assortment, pack architecture, distribution, and trade-up opportunities.\nIdentify whitespace opportunities and incremental growth levers across the portfolio.\nPartner with category and brand teams on innovation and assortment strategies.\nCommercial Analytics & Decision Support\nDevelop insights using sales, trade, and financial data.\nMeasure trade effectiveness and ROI across customers and channels.\nConduct post-event evaluations and business reviews.\nBuild forecasting and scenario-planning models to evaluate investment alternatives.\nDeliver recommendations to commercial leadership and RGM governance forums.\nCustomer & Channel Support\nPartner with Sales and Customer Development teams to support Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes.\nProvide trade strategy recommendations during customer negotiations.\nSupport execution of customer investment plans and commercial programs.\nEnsure alignment between customer strategies and overall business objectives.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nCollaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.\nInfluence senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.\nLead project teams and strategic initiatives across functions.\nSupport capability building within Revenue Growth Management.\nWhat can you expect from Mars?\nWork with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.\nJoin a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.\nBest-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.\nAn industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.\nThe base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee’s work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policiesand plans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents, and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave.
