The role serves as the primary Tax SME for transfer pricing policies, intercompany transactions, profit allocation methodologies, legal entity reporting requirements, and operational transfer pricing processes. The individual partners with Tax, Finance, Controllership, Supply Chain, Business Units, Shared Services, and IT teams to ensure transfer pricing requirements are embedded within SAP S/4HANA design, supporting compliance, operational efficiency, financial transparency, and audit readiness.\nWhat are we Looking For?\n5-8+ years of transfer pricing, tax transformation, or international tax experience.\nExperience working in multinational organizations, consulting firms, or Big Four environments.\nStrong understanding of OECD transfer pricing principles and operational transfer pricing processes.\nExperience with intercompany transactions including product flows, services, royalties, and cost allocations.\nExperience supporting ERP transformations, preferably SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA programs.\nKnowledge of Intercompany, Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Supply Chain processes.\nExperience translating tax policies into process and system requirements.\nExperience supporting business process design workshops, testing, and deployment activities.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Operations, and IT organizations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, or related field.\nPreferred SAP S/4HANA Transformation Experience:Supported transfer pricing workstreams during SAP S/4HANA implementations.\nExperience with intercompany process design and Advanced Intercompany functionality.\nFamiliarity with Universal Journal, Group Reporting, and management reporting structures.\nExperience supporting transfer pricing true-up and profitability reporting processes.\nLed or coordinated UAT, cutover, deployment readiness, and hypercare activities.\nWorked closely with Global Tax, Finance GPOs, Controllership, Supply Chain, and System Integrator teams.\n\nWhat are the Key Responsibilities?\nSupport the Global Transfer Pricing Transformation Lead in executing the transfer pricing workstream strategy and roadmap.\nCoordinate transfer pricing requirements gathering across regions, business units, and functional teams.\nAnalyze transfer pricing policies and document SAP S/4HANA business and process requirements.\nSupport design reviews for intercompany sales, services, royalties, cost allocations, and management fee processes.\nPartner with Finance, Intercompany, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure transfer pricing requirements are incorporated into the solution design.\nAssist in defining requirements for transfer pricing calculations, allocations, markups, and true-up processes.\nReview impacts of legal entity structures, plants abroad, principal models, and supply chain operating models on SAP design.\nSupport development and execution of transfer pricing testing strategies, test scripts, and defect management processes.\nTrack risks, issues, decisions, and action items related to transfer pricing deployment activities.\nFacilitate alignment between global template standards and local business requirements.\nSupport change management, training, and deployment readiness activities.\nAssist with audit readiness and documentation supporting transfer pricing compliance objectives.\nKey Deliverables\nTransfer pricing business requirements documentation.\nFunctional requirements and process design recommendations.\nIntercompany and transfer pricing process flows.\nTransfer pricing calculation and allocation requirements.\nTest scenarios, test scripts, and UAT execution results.\nDefect logs, resolution tracking, and business sign-offs.\nRisks, issues, assumptions, and dependency tracking.\nTransfer pricing controls and governance documentation.\nTraining materials and end-user guidance.\nDeployment readiness assessments and cutover support plans.\nExecutive status updates and workstream reporting.\nPost-go-live support documentation and stabilization plans.\nWhat can you expect from Mars?\nWork with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles. An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.\nThe base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee’s work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also receive the following paid-time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee’s work schedule): 120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year, and 12 paid holidays (equal to 96 paid holiday hours) throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays.\nBase Salary Pay Range: $108,160 - $146,000\nThe base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
