This role will lead the strategic management of Mars' global data quality portfolio while supporting large-scale integration activities across complex legacy ERP environments.\nReporting in partnership with the Data Quality & Governance organization and working closely with Integration Management Office (IMO) leaders, Master Data Councils, Business Process Owners, Regional Stewards, and Technology teams, you will drive enterprise-wide data quality improvements, governance adoption, and data cleansing initiatives that directly contribute to the success of the Mars Snacking integration roadmap.\nThis is a unique opportunity to combine strategy, governance, technology, and change management while shaping the future of enterprise data quality at Mars.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.\n10-12+ years of experience leading Master Data Management (MDM) and/or Data Quality initiatives across multiple data domains in complex multinational organizations.\nStrong understanding of data quality dimensions, data governance principles, data lineage, and metadata management concepts.\nProven experience designing and implementing enterprise data quality monitoring, profiling, cleansing, and governance solutions.\nHands-on experience with SAP data models, including Product, Customer, Vendor, and Finance domains.\nExperience with SAP Data Services, Information Steward, or comparable data quality and ETL platforms.\nFamiliarity with SAP integration patterns and large-scale ERP transformation programs.\nDemonstrated success delivering technology-enabled solutions leveraging automation, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.\nExperience managing external partners, system integrators, and technology vendors.\nFluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nData Quality Strategy & Governance\nLead and govern the global portfolio of data quality rules, standards, and monitoring capabilities across global, regional, and segment-specific domains.\nPartner with Global Data Councils, Business Process Owners, and Master Data teams to identify, prioritize, and govern Critical Data Elements (CDEs).\nTranslate enterprise data standards into scalable, systemic data quality controls and business rules.\nDrive the adoption of common data quality tools, governance frameworks, and operating processes across the organization.\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of data quality rules, governance standards, and deployed solutions.\nIntegration & Transformation Enablement\nAct as the primary Master Data Quality representative supporting Mars Snacking integration initiatives and major ERP transformation programs.\nConduct data quality assessments across legacy systems and identify risks that could impact integration milestones and business continuity.\nDesign and coordinate data profiling, cleansing, and remediation plans to ensure data is fit for purpose ahead of critical integration activities.\nCollaborate with IMO leaders, enterprise architects, and technology teams to support successful data migration and harmonization efforts.\nKPI Management & Executive Reporting\nDefine and align data quality KPIs with Global Data Councils, Business Process Owners, and MDM Service Managers.\nLead the development, deployment, and ongoing governance of dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into enterprise data health.\nMonitor compliance against agreed standards and drive accountability through partnerships with Regional Stewards and business stakeholders.\nCommunicate data quality performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to executive leadership and governance forums.\nData Cleansing & Continuous Improvement\nLead enterprise-wide data cleansing initiatives focused on improving accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance across master data domains.\nPartner with regional teams to prioritize remediation activities and address root causes of recurring data quality issues.\nPromote a \"First Time Right\" culture by identifying opportunities to improve business processes and prevent data issues at the source.\nLeverage automation, AI/ML, and emerging technologies to improve anomaly detection, monitoring, and predictive data quality capabilities.\nTechnology & Solution Leadership\nDefine business and functional requirements for current and future data quality solutions.\nPartner with technology teams to continuously enhance the enterprise data quality ecosystem.\nDevelop business cases, value assessments, and ROI justifications for strategic data quality investments.\nManage third-party partners and system integrators responsible for delivering technical solutions and project outcomes.\nData Stewardship & Organizational Enablement\nEnable and coach Business Process Owners, Data Stewards, and Data Champions on data governance best practices.\nFacilitate data lineage mapping, business glossary development, and metadata management activities within enterprise data catalogs such as Collibra.\nFoster collaboration across regions, segments, and functions to strengthen data ownership, accountability, and governance
