Associates are also immediately eligible (based on hire date) for up to three weeks of vacation, 12 Paid Holidays per year, Sick Pay, Maternity & Parental Leave, and annual bonus earning potential, plus many other ancillary benefits not listed here.\nKey Responsibilities\nDemonstrate ability to record incoming and outgoing loads and move the pallets to their designated location.\nScanning pallets as they are loaded onto or off the trailer.\nDemonstrate the ability to record all transactions in JDA\nDemonstrate proficiency in loading/unloading trailers\nDemonstrate ability in reconciling inventory using the JDA System\nDemonstrate ability to Manage JDA & SAP programs regarding materials management.\nReconcile inventory discrepancies within Inventory management systems.\nDemonstrate understanding of site security policies.\nAssist Yard Dog Operator when needed.\nDemonstrate understanding of warehousing principles\nDemonstrate ability to read a schedule and confirm label and product SKU match.\nDemonstrate knowledge of moving product from location to location using the JDA System\nDemonstrate ability to inspect the exterior of a trailer before performing the dock locking steps to ensure the trailer is safe for loading and unloading.\nDemonstrates the ability to use pallet wrapper and able to operate the wrapper in a safe manner\nManage Aged Supplier Owned Inventory and transact as needed\nThis position and all site associates are responsible for Quality and Food Safety.\nJob Specifications/Qualifications\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\nKnowledge & Experience:\nKnowledge of manufacturing inventory systems\nExcellent Computer skills\nKnowledge of Financial Compliance and Documentation\nKnowledge of Supply Chain Management\nKnowledge of SAP, JDA, RF Scan Gun & Portable printers\nMust have a working knowledge of FIFO/FEFO procedures\nFood manufacturing experience and knowledge of food safety\nKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices\nExperience in & working Knowledge of Microsoft Office\nAbout Mars, Incorporated\nMars is a family-owned business with over a century of history, making diverse products and offering services for people and the pets people love.
