Description:\nThe primary responsibility of the Materials Handler is to perform all functions associated with the shipping department, including but not limited to:\nLoading trucks, live loads, and released products\nWMS, BOL responsibility / accountability\nSupport Warehouse Area Lead with all activities associated with shipping department\nPrincipal Accountabilities\nAccurately record all transactions on the WMS inventory system\nCommunicate with line and logistics operators to ensure materials are replenished in a timely manner\nManage FIFO program regarding materials management\nCross training will be required with other Logistic Material Handler positions.\nThis position and all site associates are responsible for quality and food safety.\nMission Critical Competencies\nMust have excellent communication skills\nMust have the ability to prioritize workload\nMust have excellent organizational skills\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\n1-3 years of manufacturing experience.\nForklift Certified\nAbility to lift 60 pounds.\nAbility to quickly respond.\nMechanical troubleshooting ability\nComputer literate with an ability to enter, record, maintain and retrieve information in a computer-based data collection system\nPreferred Skills\nFood manufacturing experience and knowledge of food safety.\nKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\n2+ years of manufacturing experience.\nAbility to lift 60 pounds.\nAbility to quickly respond.\nMechanical
