Through June 2027, this role serves as the dedicated LATAM Integration Lead, responsible for transitioning local P&O operations into the MyP&O (HR) operating model while ensuring operational readiness, process standardization, governance compliance, and successful knowledge transfer. Following completion of the LATAM integration program, the role will continue leading service expansion, implementation, and operational transformation initiatives across the global service portfolio.\nWhat are we looking for?\nExperience in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) or corporate integrations, service transitions, operating model transformations, or geographic expansion initiatives.\nKnowledge of LATAM HR operations, payroll and benefits integration touchpoints, and regional regulatory environments.\nFluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese preferred.\nExperience with Workday, ServiceNow, and shared services operating models.\nProven ability to work autonomously and stand alone in decision-making and stakeholder management.\n\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nLATAM Integration Program Leadership (Permanent role with primary accountability through June 2027 for Phase 1, followed by ongoing leadership)\nLead end-to-end integration of LATAM P&O operations into the MyP&O (HR) operating model.\nDrive process mapping, future-state design, standardization, and harmonization activities across LATAM markets.\nPartner with regional P&O(HR), Legal, Payroll, Technology, and Service Delivery teams to evaluate local requirements and define scalable solutions.\nLead knowledge transfer, onboarding, readiness assessments, and transition activities supporting operational migration.\nCoordinate testing, deployment, stabilization, governance, controls, and audit readiness activities.\nDrive regional policy and process harmonization while balancing local compliance requirements and enterprise standards.\nService Integration & Expansion\nLead implementation projects related to new services, countries, acquisitions, operating model changes, and functional transitions into Operations.\nAssess operational impacts, service demand, resource requirements, implementation costs, and scalability considerations.\nManage the service intake process, including evaluation, prioritization, approval coordination, and operational impact assessments.\nEnsure service implementations align with governance requirements, operating model standards, and customer experience objectives.\nProject & Stakeholder Management\nDevelop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and implementation deliverables.\nCoordinate activities across Operations, GXOs, GPOs, Digital, Knowledge Management, Associate Experience, Finance, and business stakeholders.\nFacilitate governance reviews, stakeholder alignment, readiness assessments, issue resolution, and decision-making forums.\nPartner with leadership teams to evaluate business impacts, implementation approaches, and value realization opportunities.\nOperational Readiness & Transition\nCoordinate readiness across people, process, technology, controls, communications, and knowledge management.\nSupport deployment, stabilization, and transition of services into
